It's been eleven months and one day since I've seen the pacific ocean. Driving the I-5 south from LA we passed San Clemente and Camp Pendelton on the way to San Diego. With my first sight of the ocean I felt welcomed home. I hope I can get my feet wet and walk in the sand barefoot before returning home from So. Cal.
